Yoga as a Form of Social Resistance and Healing
Learn how to teach yoga using a DEIB lens to promote healing and restoration. We will explore how yoga can be used as a tool to resist systemic oppression.
As a YACEP-- Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider-- this course will count as Continuing Education hours for RYTs.
200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Helsa Thompson, the founder of The Aura House, is a E-RYT 200. This designation signifies that since completing yoga teacher training, she has taught over 1000 hours!
