The Aura House community initiatives focus on fostering wellness, healing, and empowerment in underserved populations through mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-informed practices, with programs dedicated to uplifting Black boys, BIPOC women, and individuals overcoming trauma.

#BlackBoysMeditate promotes mindfulness in underserved communities, striving to empower young boys through practices that encourage high self-esteem, emotional resilience, and mental clarity. This initiative is dedicated to helping Black boys cultivate inner peace and confidence through meditation and mindfulness practices.

EmpowHER is a wellness program created specifically for BIPOC women, focusing on healing, growth, and empowerment. Through yoga, mindfulness, and supportive community events, EmpowHER aims to nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping women reclaim their power, rise above societal challenges, and thrive as leaders in their own lives and communities.

Rise & Reclaim is a trauma-informed yoga program designed for sensitive populations who have experienced hardship and trauma. This initiative helps individuals rise above their circumstances and reclaim control of their body, mind, and emotions through mindful movement, breathwork, and healing practices. We aim to provide a safe space for healing and transformation, empowering participants to move forward with strength and resilience.
Community Initiatives in Action
The Aura House collaborates with a local Black Home Schooling Group to teach meditation and breathing techniques.
Black Boys Meditate was recognized by Nickelodeon for its work in the community.
EmpowHERed
The Aura House sponsored a "MudGirl" Team who completed a 5K obstacle course promote women empowerment and Breast Cancer Awareness.
This collaboration with APT Studio focused on magnifying the strength within through mindful movement. These series allowed women to tap into themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally through a month-long yoga series.
The Aura House collaborated with Boss Women Media for their 6th Annual "Black Magic Reimagined Summit" where Black women came together to reimagine health and wealth.
Rise and Reclaim
The Aura House collaborated with Brian Reveals Media to host the shooting of a documentary detailing the courageous story of Lavinia Masters. The Aura House also led a healing session with a group of survivors focused on self love and regaining their personal power.
